Because of the manner in which Victor Charlie works, it cannot simply be 
"fired up" for a quick look. It must be installed AND initialized. 
Please see the document INSTALL.DOC for a fast way to do this.

VC is distributed with NO executable programs. No integral VC program 
will run unless initialized. Executable programs for VC will be made 
automatically during installation and/or initialization.

The three VC utilities, GET, BOOTFIX, and PTRESQ may be used without 
initialization by copying them to executable form. All three are .COM 
programs, and can be made to run with a copy process:
         COPY GET GET.COM
         COPY BOOTFIX BOOTFIX.COM
         COPY PTRESQ PTRESQ.COM
Please do not use these programs before you read the documentation.
